You won't have to look far to find convenient, safe and accessible parking facilities the next time you're either visiting or doing business downtown Kitchener. We offer more than 3,400 off-street parking spaces in and around our city's core - and more than 300 free two-hour on-street parking spaces.
We also manage 15 municipal car parks and five parking structures, offering reasonable rates to downtown drivers.
Our main objectives for all of our parking facilities are to provide:
- A rate structure that is reasonable competitive for users;
- A combination of short- and long-term parking spaces to meet the overall parking demand; and
- Reliable entrance and exit equipment. This includes our state-of-the-art automated payment collection systems at all of our indoor parking structures. The equipment is centrally located in facility, eliminating line-ups and offering users more flexibility in payment options.

Paying for your monthly parking permit is easy and worry free when you set up pre-authorized monthly payments. Payment is automatically withdrawn from a chequing account you have with a financial institution, on the 10th day of each month, and credited to your parking account.
