History: The hydrant layer was maintained by the Utilities Division, on an annual basis and provided to GIS staff around March time frame each year. Utilities Engineering staff kept their attribute information separate, and their system administrator copied it over to the IIMS system when they deliver the hydrants. Once the hydrants were added into GIS DBAs would run the procedure SDE.LOAD_WAT_HYDRANT. GIS Updates: Yearly - March Utilities - Water Data is nw maintained in GIS
