History: Original data layer was provided by Planning/Economica Development Staff in MapInfo Format. Planning - digital MapInfo layer. Dec. 2002 - working with Planning, GIS is in the process of adjusting the boundaries to follow the existing centre of the street or property lines. In December of 2003, Planning requested that the City Commercial Core - 1 Planning Community be changed to reflect the Municipal Plan Downtown Boundary. This change afected several other planning communities as well.
