Maintenance: Each year, GIS receives a Neighbourhood Affiliation list that goes before council to approve the layer current. There can be quite a bit of change from year to year since Neighbourhood Associations are dependent on volunteers. Boundaries are made when there are no volunteers to support them. If there is interest throughout the year in restarting or starting a new NA, the status would be changed to Pending as these are not yet affiliated through Council. The list of affiliated neighbourhood associations only changes once a year.

Outstanding Issues: Need to be notified when boundary and contact information changes - dealing with Linda Pretty and Abbie Grafstein Lackner Woods and cedar Hills actually sit on top of other NA need to add a field for primary and secondary NA
